Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Fluidigm. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within our facility and to external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods and supplies
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and supplies to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team environment
