We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing and processing client orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone or in-person
  • Logistics Operations
    • Manage the receipt and shipment of hardware peripherals on a daily basis
    • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of client orders
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with sales order processing and preparation of meeting materials

Requirements

  • Education
    • College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
