Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team at EA Industries Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, including scheduling and routing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
