Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and select the appropriate shipping methods for various products.
  • Organize and schedule the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare essential shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Conduct inspections to verify incoming shipments against accompanying documents.
  • Maintain an accurate internal record-keeping system for inventory management.
  • Document any shortages and manage the rejection of damaged items.
  • Direct goods to their designated storage locations.
  • Label shipments with necessary identifying information and shipping instructions.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
Experience Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary; we offer training for the right candidate.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Standard Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
