Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jing Yi Glass and Mirror Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate activities with our warehouse team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and track progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in our logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
