About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jing Yi Glass and Mirror Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including revising material requirements and tracking work orders.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, such as maintaining work records and logs.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring smooth traffic flow of supplies.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management, including scheduling production runs and maintaining inventory.
  • Vehicle Operations: Maintain vehicle operator work records and schedule assignments for vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
