Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively greet and engage clients upon entry, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, taking ownership of resolving issues at first point of contact
- Assist clients with their everyday banking needs, utilizing RBC's systems and digital platforms
- Engage in discovery conversations to understand clients' needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
- Contribute to a culture of collective team success by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to RBC Partners for more complex needs
- Champion digital enablement by educating clients on self-service options and leading with advice
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines and processes to protect client and shareholder interests
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication skills
- Digital literacy across a range of devices
- Personal flexibility to work flexible hours
- A self-motivated eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
- Fluency in second language Cantonese and Mandarin
