Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with their everyday banking needs, including transactions, account management, and product sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to promote and sell banking products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in second language Cantonese and Mandarin.
