The Client Services Representative is a key member of the Circle of Care team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to building relationships, resolving issues, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using standard customer-focused practices.
- Listen to client requests, identify needs, and navigate calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Conduct first-level information gathering and triaging for urgent calls, following organizational standards and protocols.
- Proactively troubleshoot client-related problems, escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in team initiatives, collaborating with colleagues to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, communicating professionally and building trust.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a communications-related field.
- Minimum six months of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve urgent client situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
