Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with their everyday banking needs, including account management, transactions, and financial services.
  • Engage in discovery conversations to understand client needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in second language Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.
