Job Summary

The Client Services Representative is a key member of the Circle of Care team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to building relationships, resolving issues, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using standard customer-focused practices.
  • Conduct first-level information gathering and triaging for urgent calls, following organizational standards and protocols.
  • Proactively troubleshoot client-related problems, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in team initiatives and meetings, collaborating with colleagues to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, communicating effectively to build trust and optimize relationships.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a communications-related field.
  • Minimum of six months related experience in a call centre and/or customer service environment.
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve urgent client situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and relationship-building.
