Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team at LEAD DISABILITY INCLUSIVE SOCIETY BC. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity and support for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work within associations and non-profit organizations, contributing to a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Review and assess new administrative practices for effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Administer policies regarding record release in compliance with government legislation.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative operations.
  • Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Commission systems and components as needed.
  • Coach team members for professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure accurate administration.
  • Plan and manage budgetary expenditures effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 individuals.

Experience Requirements
