Mission : Le rôle de l'expert en solutions consiste à approfondir la compréhension des applications de BentallGreenOak (BGO) et à optimiser l'utilisation de ces outils pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise à l'échelle mondiale. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de gestion des produits, l'expert collaborera étroitement avec les équipes de développement et les utilisateurs finaux pour améliorer l'efficacité des applications et garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction.

Responsabilités :

  • Optimisation des processus : Travailler avec le gestionnaire de produit de la plateforme Yardi pour établir une vision partagée et orienter les améliorations. Cela inclut la mise à jour des produits et le lancement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, tout en collaborant avec les équipes de gestion du changement et de direction.
  • Amélioration continue : Développer et mettre à jour la documentation des processus et des flux de travail, ainsi que créer des scripts de test pour soutenir les changements d'application.
  • Gestion des données : Devenir un expert des structures de données et soutenir l'équipe de gouvernance des données en exécutant les normes de données de BGO.
  • Administration des systèmes : Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de produit pour administrer le système, résoudre les problèmes en temps opportun et surveiller la performance des applications.
  • Engagement envers la durabilité : Promouvoir activement la culture de responsabilité sociale et environnementale de BGO.
  • Projets spéciaux : Participer à des projets ponctuels selon les besoins de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience significative avec la plateforme Yardi, idéalement dans un rôle d'analyse ou de consultation.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant écrites qu'orales, avec la capacité de présenter des informations à des publics variés.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à travailler de manière autonome tout en gérant plusieurs priorités.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, avec une préférence pour une connaissance approfondie d'Excel VBA.
  • Un certificat de police est requis pour l'emploi.
