Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting software challenges via email and phone, while also working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Your ability to merge technical knowledge with a client-focused approach will be vital in nurturing solid client partnerships and enhancing their success with Yardi's solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support during software implementations and upgrades, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Utilizing your Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrating high proficiency in troubleshooting and delivering remote support through email and phone.
  • Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills with a genuine commitment to surpassing client expectations.
  • Maintaining flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities while efficiently managing tasks and projects.
  • Possessing knowledge of SQL Server and web server technologies.
  • Bringing previous experience in technical support and application troubleshooting to the role.

Salary:
$68,480 - $72,000 CAD
