As integral members of our organization, you will have a crucial role in delivering technical assistance for our rapidly growing software solution, Yardi Breeze.

Your contributions will be essential in ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth and effective experience with our cutting-edge property management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through live chat, phone, and email for both new and existing Breeze clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Utilize your troubleshooting skills to assist clients effectively.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and providing support through various communication channels.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in technical support and application troubleshooting.

Compensation:
$68,480 - $72,000 CAD
