The Role

To maximize the effectiveness of our ERP and point-of-care applications, Amica is seeking a Yardi Analyst. Reporting to the Lead Systems Analyst, you will become an integral member of our dynamic enterprise applications team, primarily focusing on Yardi Senior Living. You are a team player who enjoys resolving challenges through technology and possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills to foster positive relationships. You will be surrounded by individuals who share your enthusiasm for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess the existing Yardi environment and propose enhancements and improvements.
  2. Stay informed about new Yardi offerings and evaluate their applicability to our operations.
  3. Recommend, test, and implement various Yardi features, modules, plug-ins, and enhancements.
  4. Utilize business analysis methodologies to gather, analyze, specify, and validate the business requirements from key stakeholders.
  5. Ensure IT comprehends business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
  6. Address advanced requests and incidents that require in-depth knowledge.
  7. Investigate and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT colleagues to troubleshoot and fix technical problems.
  8. Develop and maintain custom Yardi reports, workflows, and menu configurations.
  9. Create custom SQL reports, correspondence, and reporting packages as necessary for accounting and property management.
  10. Collaborate with third-party software and service providers to establish automated integrations and RPA processes.
  11. Support Yardi conversions for new property acquisitions and setups.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience with Yardi, ideally in Senior Living, covering Property Management & Accounting, CRM, EHRx, Procure to Pay, Wellness, Payment Processing, or Construction Management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Familiarity with Project Management and Business Analysis principles.
  4. Knowledge of SQL Server databases, SSRS, Yardi report writing, and queries.
  5. Ability to think critically and analytically, making informed recommendations based on observations.
  6. Understanding of Senior Living and basic accounting principles, or both.
  7. Experience with Yardi 7S core, Voyager Senior Housing, RentCafe Senior CRM, EHR, Payment Processing, RentCafe Senior Living, RentCafe Wellness, Procure to Pay, Job Cost, Vendor Café.
  8. Experience with Salesforce or UIPath is considered an asset.
