Yardi is looking for candidates who possess a robust technical background coupled with a strong customer service orientation to join our Global Solutions Team as Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance for a diverse array of Yardi's software products, tailored to meet the specific requirements of various real estate sectors worldwide. Your contributions will be vital in troubleshooting software challenges via email and phone while working closely with clients to ensure their success with Yardi's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ your analytical skills to effectively diagnose application problems, proactively tackling issues and identifying viable solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support during software rollouts and updates, guaranteeing a seamless transition for clients.
  • Engage in follow-ups for any matters needing further investigation or information from clients, ensuring prompt and comprehensive resolutions.
  • Compile detailed reports for escalated cases, documenting incidents and creating thorough guides for issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular coordination calls to facilitate setups and ongoing engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with Global Solutions team members across various regions, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A strong affinity for numbers along with exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • High proficiency in troubleshooting and delivering remote support via email and phone, effectively assisting clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine commitment to surpassing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with accounting principles, enhancing your ability to address client inquiries related to financial matters.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and web server technologies.
  • Prior experience in technical support and application troubleshooting, providing a solid foundation for this position.

Salary: $68,480 - $72,000 CAD
