Position Overview
To optimize the utilization and value of our ERP and point-of-care applications, Amica is seeking a Yardi Analyst. Reporting to the Lead Systems Analyst, you will be an integral member of our enterprise applications team, primarily focusing on Yardi Senior Living. As a collaborative problem-solver, you will leverage your interpersonal and organizational skills to foster positive relationships. You will work alongside individuals who share your enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the existing Yardi environment and propose enhancements and improvements.
- Stay informed about new Yardi offerings and evaluate their applicability to our operations.
- Recommend, test, and implement various Yardi features, modules, plug-ins, and enhancements.
- Utilize business analysis methodologies to gather, analyze, specify, and validate the business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring IT comprehends business requirements and delivers effective technical solutions.
- Address advanced requests and incidents that necessitate a deeper level of expertise.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, collaborating closely with IT colleagues to troubleshoot and rectify technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain custom Yardi reports, workflows, and menu configurations.
- Create custom SQL reports, correspondence, and reporting packages as required for accounting, senior EHRx, and property management.
- Collaborate with third-party software and service providers to establish automated integrations and RPA processes.
- Assist with Yardi conversions for new property acquisitions and setups.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience with Yardi, ideally in Senior Living, utilizing Property Management & Accounting, CRM, EHRx, Procure to Pay, Wellness, Payment Processing, or Construction Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis principles.
- Familiarity with SQL Server databases, SSRS, Yardi report writing, and queries.
- Ability to think independently and analytically, providing recommendations based on observations.
- Understanding of Senior Living and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Experience with Yardi 7S core, Voyager Senior Housing, RentCafe Senior CRM, EHR, Payment Processing, RentCafe Senior Living, RentCafe Wellness, Procure to Pay, Job Cost, and Vendor Café.
- Experience with Salesforce or UIPath is considered a plus.
