Yardi Systems is on the lookout for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Technical Account Manager Associates (TAMAs). In this pivotal role, you will be essential in delivering technical assistance for our innovative software solution, Yardi Breeze. Your contributions will be key in ensuring our clients navigate their experience with our property management software smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including live chat, phone, and email, ensuring both new and existing clients are satisfied and successful.
  • Employ your analytical skills to effectively diagnose application-related issues, tackling challenges and implementing viable solutions.
  • Conduct follow-ups on any matters requiring additional research or client information, ensuring prompt and thorough resolutions.
  • Document escalated issues comprehensively, maintaining detailed records and creating thorough documentation to aid in resolving problems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular calls to assist with setups and offer tailored support.
  • Collaborate with team members across the country, contributing to a cohesive and successful team environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and providing support through live chat, phone, and email.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
  • Adaptability and capability to manage shifting priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support and application troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.

Compensation: $68,480 - $72,000 CAD
