Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administration Officer to join our team at YuSheng Immigration Law Firm. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Delegate tasks to support staff to optimize workflow.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Train staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures effectively.
Supervision

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
