As an Office Coordinator at VIP Management Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business services. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities- Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Support staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
- Oversee the HR department's activities to align with company goals.
- Ensure effective communication flow within the team.
- Manage daily operations and provide direction to staff.
- Evaluate and enhance operational efficiency.
- Motivate and lead team members.
- Handle incoming mail and materials.
- Plan and monitor budgets and expenditures.
- Organize daily operational tasks.
- Review HR projects for legal compliance.
- Supervise team members and other staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Train new employees and other team members.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
- Establish office procedures and routines.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage contracts and agreements.
- Oversee training and development initiatives.
- Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages.
- Respond to electronic inquiries.
- Compile and analyze data and statistics.
- Supervise report preparation.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management.
- Maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents.
- Conduct research as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in the following software is essential:
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- MS Office Suite
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
A criminal record check is required for this position.
