Position Overview

As an Office Coordinator at VIP Management Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business services. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week and proficiency in English.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Assist in staff consultations and grievance processes.
  • Oversee the HR department's activities to align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team.
  • Manage daily operations and provide direction to staff.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and motivate team members.
  • Handle incoming mail and other materials efficiently.
  • Plan and manage budgets and expenditures.
  • Organize daily operations to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure HR projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff members.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Establish office procedures and routines.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Manage contracts and oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Advise senior management on operational matters.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both manual and computerized.
  • Type and proofread various documents accurately.
  • Conduct research and perform data entry tasks.

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
Security Requirements

A criminal record check is mandatory for this position.
