Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Assist in staff consultations and grievance procedures.
  • Oversee the HR department's activities to align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate information flow within the team.
  • Manage daily operations and staff direction.
  • Evaluate operational performance regularly.
  • Motivate and support team members.
  • Handle incoming mail and materials.
  • Plan and monitor budgets and expenditures.
  • Organize daily operational tasks efficiently.
  • Review HR projects for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and train other staff members.
  • Establish and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Record and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage contracts and training initiatives.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Conduct research and perform data entry tasks.
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics.
  • Prepare reports and advise senior management.
  • Maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Office Suite
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
Security Requirements

A criminal record check is mandatory for this position.
