Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at VIP Management Services Inc.. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.
Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work EnvironmentThe role is situated within a business services setting, where collaboration and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Assist in staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Oversee the HR department's activities to align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate information flow within the team.
- Manage daily operations and staff direction.
- Evaluate operational performance regularly.
- Motivate and support team members.
- Handle incoming mail and materials.
- Plan and monitor budgets and expenditures.
- Organize daily operational tasks efficiently.
- Review HR projects for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Supervise and train other staff members.
- Establish and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Record and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage contracts and training initiatives.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Conduct research and perform data entry tasks.
- Compile and analyze data and statistics.
- Prepare reports and advise senior management.
- Maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents.
Proficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- MS Office Suite
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
A criminal record check is mandatory for this position.
