Position Overview

  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages appropriately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Plan travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents.
