JobCart Inc, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an Office Administrator to support the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing assistance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and equipment inventory, and placing orders as needed
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, and ensure timely submission
  • Provide support to team members, including scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and performing general clerical duties
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role, with a strong track record of administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service
