About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Barburrito Fresh Mexican Grill. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and other departments, responding to inquiries, and providing information as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, ordering materials as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Head office
