If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as an administrative professional in our out-patient rehabilitation clinic. Administrative Assistant - Receptionist, reporting to Manager of Operations, is a full time, permanent role in our Bay Medical & Health clinic in Scarborough, Ontario.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**:

- Answer phones and direct callers accordingly or address any queries
- Retrieve messages - general mailbox
- Greet claimants and visitors to the office
- Receive couriers and distribute appropriately (date stamp all incoming documentation)
- Send outgoing mail and couriers
- Contact transportation company at the end of an assessment
- Acquire signatures on Consent Forms and review photo ID prior to an assessment
- Maintain Assessment Log (time in and time out)
- Chaperoning assessments
- Maintaining examination rooms and public areas
- Assessment Appointment Confirmations and follow up on Consent Forms
- Sending Appointment Letters and Notice

**What you need to be successful**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Windows - MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat/Reader
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and effective time management skills required
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail in tasks
- Medical knowledge an asset
- Knowledge of the rehabilitation and independent medical sector an asset, but not required
