The PositionMr. Lawnmower currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing enterprise.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Communicate clearly with all installers, customers and management.
- Filing and organizing mail, letters, and general paperwork.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Provide daily administrative support; Answer all incoming calls and phone inquiries.
- Understand customer's requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Generate contracts and proposals for commercial and residential clients.
Your Skills:
- General knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Customer service and support.
- CRM software.
- Data entry.
- Microsoft Office Tools: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Strong communication skills and multitasking.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience.
Compensation ($28k - $40k):We offer a competitive base salary, recurring sales commissions & bonuses, great benefits and expense packages. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
