We are currently expanding our team, in search of a driven, entrepreneurial and team-oriented individual to join our Sales Team. And it all starts with our amazing Sales Team connecting with our customers and sharing with them how You Move Me can make their move almost fun You’ll be exposed to all aspects of the customer journey from start to finish and gain valuable experience in the sales field - both over the phone and in person.
**Hours**: Full-Time, weekend availability is an asset.
**Pay**: $45,000 - $60,000 based on annual salary and commissions on each job sold
**Vacation**: 3 weeks pro-rated for 2024
Qualifications:
- You have a great attitude, are reliable, hardworking
- You’re a good listener and conversationalist and have strong communication skills - able to build rapport quickly
- You have previous experience in customer-facing work, call center or sales environment.
- You’re able to lift up to 50lbs, work on your feet, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
- You have a valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Flexing your sales skills and persuasive style on each and every sales call
- Sales calls and account management, on-site estimating
- Job Scheduling
- Responding to customer requests
- Setting goals and celebrating when you, your team and the company crushes those goals
- Actively participating on moves
Other things you should know:
- We pay well and we don't mind paying top performers even more with our incentive program

- You don't need call center experience because we do so much more than just answer phones. If you get a call from us, or better yet an interview, we will want to see your sales skills and lots of personality
