Sales Representative Internship Opportunity

As a Sales Representative Intern, you'll embark on a dynamic journey with Uline's sales team. Spend your work week in the field, engaging with customers on-site and helping them grow their business with our extensive product range. With territories across North America, you'll have the chance to grow your sales skills and experience a culture that values hard work and teamwork.

This internship offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and development. You'll receive two weeks of professional sales training, including soft skills and product knowledge. A dedicated mentor will support you on sales calls, and you'll have the chance to visit a wide range of Uline customers within your own small territory or region. You'll also learn about our multiple businesses and industries, attend weekly team meetings, and network at social events with fellow interns and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand sales growth within assigned territory through consultative selling.
  • Coordinate and complete over 200 sales visits throughout the summer.
  • Offer practical solutions to large and small companies using our 40,000+ item catalog.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with sales staff.

Requirements:

  • Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and team player skills.
  • Hardworking and enthusiastic.
  • Open to sophomore and junior status students.
