Global Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and profit goals within a region or specific line of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement sales marketing programs and initiatives
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Wesco remains competitive
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Contribute to the development of sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Knowledge of sales marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Environment:
As a Sales Manager at Wesco International, Inc., you will be working in an office environment with frequent travel to customer sites and other locations. You will be required to spend time on the road and may need to work irregular hours to meet business needs.
