Sales Executive

**_FLS Transportation_** is currently looking for an _experienced_, _energetic_, and _motivated_ Transportation Brokerage Sales Professionals to join our established and growing organization as _a Sales Executive. The objective is to build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to achieve business objectives effectively._
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Generate sales leads by inside sales networking, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy;
- Maintain relationships with existing clientele and build business internally;
- Ensure new customers and business are fostered;
- Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities and documenting sales methodology;
- Responding to client prospect inquiries by preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFP-s) and requests for quotations (RFQ-s);
- Prepare presentations and delivering to prospective clients.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in freight brokerage sales, with a desire to grow professionally;
- Minimum two years in sales experience (3PL industry required);
- Ability to bring on, close, and deliver new business;
- Out-going, “Hunter” personality;
- Hard Working. Entrepreneurial. Accountable and Pro-Active;
- Organized, detail-oriented - excellent follow-up skills are essential;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
