**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a driven and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales processes. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we have the perfect opportunity for you. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, your primary goal is to help grow topline sales and improve customer satisfaction by be being a strategic link between internal and external team members as well as assisting in sales initiatives. This includes streamlining the sales process by coordinating the go-to-market (GTM) plan, enhancing sales and cross-functional processes, and delivering sales tools and collateral material. This job is located at our Canadian Headquarters in the beautiful province of British Columbia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with the outside sales agencies to achieve sales targets. You will act as the liaison for sales agencies to the rest of the business by effectively communicating and their needs and the needs of the business'.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations Specialist to effectively manage and communicate the order book to dealers and sales agencies.
- Communicate Inventory Availability and Risk, PO cancel dates, Credit Concerns etc.
- Produce Monthly/Weekly reports for internal and external teams.
- Master inhouse software to be able to educate and direct outside sales teams.
- Facilitate seasonal development and distribution of price lists, order forms, and other Go to Market assets.
- Assist in internal projects that lead to achieving top line customer service.
- Support D2C sales initiatives.
- Review warranty issues or concerns and provide resolutions.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to cover promo orders

**Education & Experience**:

- To qualify for this role, you should have a university degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to maintain strong cross functional relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excels in relationship building and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as Netsuite.
- Additionally, a passion for water life and the Mustang Survival brand and its products would be highly valued.
