- Unleash your potential by generating new business leads through outbound calls, supporting Marketing
- Campaigns, and promoting Special Promotions.
- Foster relationships with existing Ritchie Bros. customers through proactive outreach.
- Pursue new business opportunities and collaborate closely with our Sales Team.

Sales Coordination:

- Verify the accuracy of Credit Approvals and deliver notifications to customers on behalf of our Account
Managers.

Sales Support:

- Be the go-to resource for inquiries, offering timely and professional responses.
- Tackle challenges head-on, escalating complex issues to the Account Manager or Sales Manager for rapid
resolution.
- Forge strong bonds with team members and auction representatives to proactively address any issues and
prevent loss of business.
- Collaborate with our Sales Manager to cover for Account Manager absences and maintain a smooth operation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A passion for learning, with or without prior sales experience.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to customers.
- Exceptional English communication skills; bonus points for proficiency in Spanish or French.
- A strong sense of urgency, combined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to connect with customers persuasively while maintaining resilience.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
