We are looking for a Part-Time Book Keeper / Administration Assistant to join our team in a newly created role. We require proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience and or an interest in undertaking other general administration duties. No industry experience is necessary.

The role has great flexibility and hours are able to be negotiated as long as it is within our shop opening hours - does not have to be 4 hours per day. At this stage the role is required to be on site and is expected to be around 15-20 hours per week, potentially more.

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

- Processing transactions and sales reconcilation
- Conducting a monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts
- PST/GST: calculations, reporting and filing
- Processing supplier payments
- Ensuring proper filing of expenses and documents
- Assisting with Administration Duties as required
- Assistance with Inventory Management
- Answering the phone as required

Importantly we are looking for a team player with an easy going personality who is also interested in learning, expanding their skills and growing with us.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
