Rishi Holdings is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrator to provide administrative support in all areas of our growing business at 40 hours per week (FULL-TIME). The Bookkeeper / Office Administrator role is multi-faceted and will bookkeeping, HR administration duties, and WorkSafe BC payments, as well as bookkeeping duties in Accounting Software. A minimum 1-2 years experience with a similar role is not necessary but recommended. Proficiency in QuickBooks, handling multiple projects, and following established processes are required to provide timely information and meeting deadlines. This position will play a central role in the day-to-day administrative operations and is a fantastic opportunity for the right person waiting for the opportunity to grow with an established company. - Monitor accounts receivable, advising of delinquencies or other account irregularities
- Do Job Costing
- Deliver administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests.
- Manage accounts payable / purchase orders, driving accuracy and on-time payment of vendor invoices.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Prepare bank deposits
- Manage Company Credit cards
- Process refunds
- Ensure client invoicing is complete.
- Provide general support
**Job Types**: Permanent Salary: in a range of $20-$22 per hour
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
