**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering) to align business goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execute sales strategies that drive consistent year-over-year growth.
- Take ownership of key business initiatives, with a focus on long-term impact and value creation.
- Lead by example and foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture within the team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or college in a technical field is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of sales experience is highly valuable, particularly in roles where customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and value creation were key.
- Experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams is preferred but not required.
- Proven success in roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating the ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
- Industry experience in aerospace is valuable
