L’hôtel Hilton Garden Inn est à la recherche d’un(e) individu hors de l’ordinaire à se joindre à nous au poste de **Délégué commercial.**
L’hôtel Hilton Garden Inn est à sept minutes de l’aéroport de Montréal, et il est idéalement situé à proximité de Montréal. L’hôtel propose 161 chambres, ainsi que le service de navette complémentaire entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport. L’hôtel offre également un restaurant de gastronomie française, 1686 pieds carrés d’espaces de réunion un centre de remise en forme, et une piscine intérieure.

- Générer, réaliser et développer un volume de ventes ciblé, reflétant les niveaux budgétaires de génération de revenus et de rentabilité.
- Négocier les ententes pour maximiser les revenus et les bénéfices.
- Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnelle grâce au développement de relations et à la stratégie de développement de compte.
- Solliciter de nouveaux comptes de façon proactive.
- Vendre l'hôtel de manière créative.
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités et stratégies, en poursuivant de manière proactive le type d’entreprise appropriée pour contribuer aux objectifs de ventes et maintien de la notoriété d’hôtel.
- Multiplier les opportunités de référence auprès des hôtels Atlific et Marriott.
- Participer aux sessions de brainstorming d'équipe, aux réunions du personnel de l'hôtel et aux événements clients requis pour une situation commerciale spécifique.
- Accompagner les clients lors des visites des installations de l’hôtel.
- Promouvoir l'hôtel grâce à une participation et à une exposition régulière de l'industrie lors d'événements.
- Promouvoir la ville et les hôtels grâce à des visites clients et voyages de vente occasionnels pour visiter des clients.

**Qualifications recherchées**
- De l’expérience pertinente, dans un poste de délégué commercial
- Connaissance approfondie du marché principal des hôtels, des environs et des ressources
- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en marketing, en gestion hôtelière ou autre domaine connexe un atout
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise (la connaissance d’une autre langue sera considérée comme un atout)

**Overview**
The Hilton Garden Inn is looking for an exceptional individual to join us in the position of Director of Sales.
The Hilton Garden Inn hotel is seven minutes from the Montreal airport, and conveniently located near Montreal. The hotel offers 161 rooms, as well as complementary shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The hotel also offers a French gastronomy restaurant, 1686 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center and an indoor pool.
