Nous avons besoin d'un(e) gestionnaire des ventes au détail talentueux et énergique pour rejoindre notre équipe et superviser les stratégies et les opérations de vente pour le segment du détail.
Dans un environnement culturellement diversifié et agréable, vous vous subordonné au PDG.
Le(la) gestionnaire des ventes au détail supervise les stratégies et les opérations de vente pour le segment du détail dans les deux catégories : huile et dattes. Ce rôle implique l'élaboration et l'exécution de plans de vente, la gestion des relations avec les clients, la stimulation de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et l'expansion du marché à travers le Canada. Ce poste est essentiel pour stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise et assurer une pénétration réussie du marché.
Le(la) gestionnaire des ventes atteint les indicateurs de performance et les objectifs mensuels par les moyens suivants:
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés, y compris les chaînes de vente au détail, les détaillants indépendants et les acheteurs à travers le Canada.
- Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires
- Développer et négocier des contrats et des accords de prix pour maximiser la rentabilité
- Répondre aux besoins des clients et résoudre les problèmes afin d'assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction et de fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports de vente réguliers à la direction générale.
- Suivre les conditions du marché, y compris les prix, la demande et la concurrence, et en rendre compte.
- Fournir des informations et des recommandations à la direction pour la prise de décisions stratégiques.
**Qualifications et compétences requises**:
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication en anglais et en français (l'anglais est nécessaire pour communiquer avec les clients à travers le Canada et les employés aux États-Unis).
- Formation en commerce, marketing, communication, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente, de préférence dans la vente au détail de produits d'épicerie.
- Connaissance du marché américain de l'épicerie - un atout supplémentaire
- Expérience démontrée dans l'atteinte ou le dépassement d'objectifs de vente
- Connaissance approfondie du secteur de la vente au détail de produits alimentaires, de la dynamique du marché et de l'environnement réglementaire.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale
- Compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Capacité à utiliser des logiciels de vente et d'autres outils de vente
- Esprit stratégique doté de solides compétences analytiques
- Orienté vers les résultats avec une approche proactive de la résolution des problèmes
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement concurrentiel et à rythme rapide.
- Déplacements pour assister à des salons de l'alimentation et à des réunions avec des clients dans tout le Canada.
