Sales Account Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and service updates.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for management review.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business strategies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $41,429.57-$80,000.00 per year
