Description:
This is an administrative position within a Structural Engineering firm. Tasks will be related to Architectural and Engineering projects.
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Answering & fielding phone calls and messages
- Administrative tasks: filing, some cleaning, organizing
- Creating jobs and inputting necessary information
- Submitting & managing permits at Municipalities
- Document drafting: proposals, sign-off letters etc.
- Corresponding with clients and employees regarding ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Skilled in data entry, filing, and maintaining organizational systems
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative experience and strong attention to detail
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
