Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Remote)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain daily schedules using Smartsheet, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and tasks are well-organized and updated.
- Handle and make phone calls as needed, providing clear and professional communication.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, and other Google tools) to support daily operations and ensure efficient communication and document management.
- Adapt to new tools and processes, taking on additional tasks as the role evolves.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing administrative needs and help streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other components).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Smartsheet (or willingness to learn) and other standard office tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, open to learning and growing with the role.

Working Conditions:

- Fully remote position with flexible work hours.
