**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**:
Golf Canada est à la recherche d'une personne motivée, axée sur la mission et possédant d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour aider à la mise en œuvre du programme dans la province. Le Coordonnateur, First Tee - Premier départ Québec relèvera directement du Gestionnaire du programme First Tee - Premier départ Québec et participera à l'administration et à l'exécution du programme First Tee - Premier départ dans la province.
**PRINCIPALES TÂCHES**:
- Participer à l'administration quotidienne des programmes First Tee - Premier départ, notamment le programme des établissements de golf, le programme scolaire, le programme communautaire et la formation des bénévoles et des entraîneurs ;
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux requêtes directes des clubs de golf, des professionnels du golf, des enseignants, des parents/tuteurs et des dirigeants communautaires concernant les programmes ;
- Recruter des bénévoles pour aider à la mise en œuvre du programme sur les sites du programme (établissements de golf) ;
- Coordonner l'établissement du calendrier, l'inscription et la collecte de données/la production de rapports avec les sites du programme ;
- Mettre à jour et entretenir la base de données des rapports (Salesforce) et le site Web (WordPress) ;
- Aider à la coordination de la livraison de l'image de marque, de l'équipement et du matériel du programme avec le personnel du siège social de First Tee et de First Tee - Canada ;
- Collaborer avec le responsable du marketing et des communications pour promouvoir efficacement les programmes et les initiatives de First Tee - Premier départ afin d'augmenter le nombre d'inscriptions des participants et de susciter l'intérêt des donateurs ;
- Superviser et gérer les budgets de programme régionaux ;
- Travailler de manière coopérative et efficace avec le personnel de Golf Québec afin de respecter les obligations provinciales en matière de rapports ;
- Aider à la collecte et à l'examen des vérifications des antécédents des entraîneurs et des bénévoles afin d'assurer la conformité à Sport sécuritaire/Safe Sport ;
- S'engager auprès des propriétaires/exploitants de terrains de golf et de diverses communautés pour favoriser, développer et entretenir des relations clés ;
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.
**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:
- Un diplôme d'études postsecondaires en gestion du sport ou dans un domaine connexe est considéré comme un atout ;
- La connaissance de l'industrie canadienne du golf est considérée comme un atout ;
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanées dans un environnement dynamique ;
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et personnalité extravertie ;
- Personne motivée et enthousiaste, prête à voyager dans la province ;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale, écrite et orale ;
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est exigé;
- Capacité à voyager dans la province et à effectuer des heures supplémentaires au besoin.
