**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Reporting to the Head of Studio, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of samples throughout their lifecycle at the head office. A key member of the Content Marketing team, the incumbent will support the photo studio teams creative output by scheduling shoots and ensuring the timely production of all studio outputs.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

**_ Sample Coordination (75%)_**
- Own sample receiving process liaising with buying and production teams on tracking sample arrivals
- Maintain the marketing sample closet ensuring all samples are organized by delivery and can be easily located whenever needed
- Work cross functionally with all stakeholders to ensure all teams sample needs are met
- Maintain organized documentation of sample receipts, progress throughout sample lifecycle, and storage.

Studio Production Coordination (25%)_**
- Support the Content & Studio teams efficient planning of the photo studio calendar / schedule of shoots
- Liaise with model agencies, freelancers, and other external partners to book necessary resources for all studio shoots including but not limited to: ecommerce on-model and flat shoots, creative shoots, video shoots, product knowledge shoots etc.
- Ensure the studio is maintained and stocked with the necessary equipment and supplies
- Traffic invoices through approval and budget tracking processes

**WHO YOU ARE**

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design or Marketing (or equivalent amount of relevant professional experience)
- 1-2 years relevant experience

- Interest in fashion and e-commerce photography
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Photo studio experience an asset
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication / collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written skills (french & english)
