**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge in installing monitors and docking stations while assuring LAN connections are tested
- Familiar with installing different video equipment, TV Hub and able to assemble equipment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are preferred
- Must Hold a valid Canadian Secret Clearance
- Government experience is considered an asset
