49 Solutions is currently looking for a Help Desk Specialist Level 2 Consultant to support a client within the Federal Government. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. This is an excellent contract opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 2 years of experience working with an ITSM ticketing system
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SCCM Console or RFP (remote desktop control)
- 5 years of experience within a Canadian Federal Department providing IT support for mobile devices operating in a wireless configuration such as: Tablet (IOS, Windows and/or Android based OS), Cell phone (IOS and/or Android based OS)
