Ottawa, Canada Clever Dog IT Systems Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Monitor network performance and security
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain IT procedures and knowledge base
- Answer phone calls and provide first line response to client enquiries

**Experience**:

- Strong experience in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Understanding of computer networking principles and protocols
- Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with firewall configuration and management
- working experience with Mac OS

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
