Help Desk Analyst

Must have lived in Canada for 10+ years - 12 Months experience supporting ALL of the following: o Microsoft Office Suites (on premise or cloud acceptable), must include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel o Remote Access services o Microsoft Windows operating systems - 12 Months providing direct IT support to end-users.
**Requirements**:
- Secret security clearance required - six (6) months of experience within the last 60 months providing installation of physical IT equipment - experience in installing monitors and docking stations while assuring LAN connections are tested - experience in installing different video conferencing equipment; TV, Hub, assemble equipment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.32-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
