OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for an Office Managerreporting to management. You are willing to assist the Leadership Team by spearheading direction in all aspects of payroll administrative duties and staff support.

**As an Office Manager, you will**:

- Showcase your accounting, payroll, and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. Run a smooth operation by using your impressive communication skills with all team members.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems and be a self-starter to make decisions that benefit your team.
- Create a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain a clean and organized office, up-to-date compliance and partner notification boards as well as accurate files and paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Manage office budgets, including expense tracking and cost control
- Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

**Salary**: $38,503.24-$73,122.21 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
