Vaughan, Canada Dermatology Clinic Full time

We are a medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic and are looking for a professional and competent receptionist to work in the office. Previous admin experience required.

**Requirements**:
Professional, team player who is able to multitask in a busy medical practice

**Previous Admin Experience is required**

Well organized, detail oriented and hard-working individual

Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn new skills

Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative

Proficient with Microsoft Office and other technology that will be used in this Dermatology practice

Experience with Practice Solutions EMR would be beneficial

**Education**:
Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent would be preferred

Experience: 1 year or greater experience in medical reception/office administration would be an asset but is not required (training will be provided)

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
Managing patient clinic flow

Booking patient appointments, greeting patients and answering the phone line

Liaising with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

Maintaining patient records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information

Scanning and faxing of patient information and reports

Monitoring and maintaining inventory of office supplies

General office organization and administrative tasks

Preparing and stocking rooms
